In my practice, I emphasize the importance of authenticity and hope. I strive to create a safe space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. This collaborative process fosters a synergistic effect, where opportunities for growth and transformation become not just possible, but inevitable. Primary therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Existential Therapy.

Communication is key to any healthy relationship. Couples can become stuck in cycles and patterns that interfere with their ability to connect with one another. When working with couples, I will help each partner learn to self-advocate, express their needs, and learn to listen to one another so that trust and honesty are the foundation of the relationship. I am influenced by the following therapy modalities: Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, and Solution Focused Therapy.

Home is where the heart is. It is also where we hope we can be ourselves, be supported, and feel safe. When conflicts or transitions impact the dynamics within the home it is common for stress to impact our most important relationships with our loved ones. Therapy can be a great way to understand the reasons we may have strong reactions to something a loved one has said, behave in ways that makes it difficult to form the kind of relationship we really want, and find it difficult to break out of destructive cycles. Primary approaches in family therapy utilized are Systemic, Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoeducation, and Strategic Therapy.
